Course Description:


In industry and elsewhere there have been great leaders but were they born or created to lead group's teams and major organizations. Managing and Leading require certain traits and skills that motivate and create the drive to succeed in their business objectives.


Management and leadership skills and abilities need to be developed and self assessed periodically for performance and further development and progression.

The final hour of day three being reserved for the final formulation and writing of this plan.
