Gas Chromatography is widely used for separation, identification and quantification of mixtures of liquids and gases. The majority of applications are found in Petroleum and Petro chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Flavors, Environmental and Forensics.

*Qualitative and quantitative  analysis.

* Data handling system.

*Calibration concept.

*Calibration component and calibration level.

*Correction factors calculation (absolute and relative ).

 

DAY FIVE:-

*Trouble shooting tools.

*Eight problem categories of troubleshooting.

*Base line disturbance.

*Irregular peak shapes and sizes.

*Retention time shifts.

*Loss of separation or resolution.
